Wrote a complaint / report on Hello Peter, regarding cancellation of weekender plan and relocating my dsl line received the ***. <br> <br> Sent a mail to [Email Removed] to cancel the weekender plan, with the promise of a reply within 48 to 72 hours still nothing.<br> <br> Still no response on HelloPeter report, oh no wait, i got a generic reply which means nothing. HelloPeter should create a new category; \Companies Who Respond with a useless generic reply so don't even bother\"<br> <br> No need to threaten with posting on social media as everyone knows how absolutely disgusting Telkom's service is. <br> <br> When is this going to be sorted out?"
