Horrifying service at Telkom

I upgraded recently and added the R40 all network voice option. We have been paying for this but I cannot make a call. Have reported this to Telkom. Logged calls and talked to customer care. But have received no help at all. ***. After 3 weeks Telkom has not phoned me back or sorted out my problem. It seems they will take your money and then you are on your own. Maybe I should just stop paying the 5 contracts I have altogether. Absolutely shocking service as there is NO customer service.
