horrified by service provided by telkom

I am so upset and dissatisfied with the service I have received from telkom. I reported a fault on the 9th of Feb and til today no technician has come out to find out what the problem is. When I tried to cancel my service I was given incorrect information and due to that didn't cancel. I then tried to get hold of management and every time I tried they where always busy or absent. When I finally got hold of a manager he couldn't assist me. I see technicians (more than 1) @the main box in the area but they are too busy to come assist customers. And then I am expected to pay for the month of no service... I really have lost hope with this service provider.....
