Horrific service provided by none other than telkom!

Should have never went against our better judgment of using them as a service provider! Left without internet for the past 5 days which mind you I work from home and need to have internet in order to do so! Complaints logged with the call center technician came out to my home to tell me it's not the lines problems but the cable, irrespective of the issue how does the company not attended to faults with attention..... It's been three weeks since we have them as a provider and this by far is the worst experience I have had with wifi at my home!

Mind you the contract was taken out in beginning Feb and it was only installed in April the 1st since the 17th we have no internet!!!!!!!!

Now we have to pay for a service that we do not utilize which is utter nonsense
