Horrific Service and possible *****

<p>I have a new contract phone with them and my sim has not been activated in more than 48 hours and i went in store to query and was told my application was not completed not sure why i got the phone. The worst service i have seeb from their call centre angents ***** is happening at telkom and unprofessionalism </p>
