Horrific service

I had a wireless / wifi contract with telkom I lost my phone and started using my router / wifi sim. Made calls with the phone , telkom did not state that l was out of air time - to my surprise, l was charged a 185 bucks for that.

Needed to query that l went to a Telkom shop in Steeldale - l was not assisted , l was querying the invoice , the telkom agent only gave a copy of my invoice ( same invoice l was querying , she cold not give clarity on ).

I went back home and called them - agents could not assist , kept dropping the phone on my ear.

The agreement on the wifi sim was that l will pay R90 only - next thing l get to be charged for the calls l made. Whats making it worse is that Telkom never advised that l will be billed extra.

I would have been okay with the extra bill l if l got a notification to say l will be charged for the outgoing calls l am making. The agent who availed the product to me never mentioned to me.
