Horrific service

<p>Telkom is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Not only are they unprofessional but their call centre staff are ***********. I have been calling their call centre from last week to get a SETTLEMENT LETTER but two different consultants told me that I can't get it if I hadn't paid in full. I was mind boggled because I am asking for a SETTLEMENT LETTER and not a paid up letter. Long story short I called the call centre 6 different times, I went to the Southgate branch where the consultant called the same *********** call centre and I was told that I the client needs to take a calculator and calculate R282 x 22, that time my instalment is R199. I then called your call centre AGAIN and I was told that a case has been logged and I will get an email in 72 hours. By the way I'm still waiting. I have money and want to settle my account they should be glad that I'm paying them every cent</p>
