Horrific service

<p>I got adsl line installed after waiting almost 1 week. was very happy with my Internet just for it on the 3rd Nov to die so after a 45min phonecall holding for help in got news to wait for technician to come and see what's up 7 days later he gets there.so he said get new router mine is faulty I got the router at eastgate mall ladies there said I can just plug it in it will work.guess what it did not so after calling 10210 to ask them to phone a relative at my house to help him get it set up again they said that they are to busy to phone my relative.funny enough a other guy at 10210 phone and helped nicely.so I am cancelling my contract and even that is an issue that now I am waiting for more than 30 min. you guys treated me like ******* and I will tell everyone about your terrible service</p>
