Horrific service

I've been a loyal client of telkom for many years enjoying an uncapped internet adsl line.Two weeks ago my service went off,after logging the fault,i was informed that wiring was corroded and will not be replaced,they can also not switch me to wireless as there is no coverage in the area therefor they will cancel my contract and i have to find a new service provided?***!!!!How on earth do you justify this after all these years loyal support they they simply spit me out and say good buy and good luck?I will certainly tell the world world about this to stay away from telkom!
