Horrific service

Telkoms services is *** horrible behond anyones imagination. Its been 2 months that i ahve been cancelling the contract with them. After writting a review on Hello Peter on Wednesday, they finally sent their courier service to fetch their router and sim a i requested cancellation of the subscription. now they have invoiced me R904 for services that wasnt rendered. i have never used their wifi router is i couldnt connect to the internet. why are they still billing me?contact was cancelled within cooling off period. this is just ******* service
