Horrific service

<p>I reported a line fault on 29 June and after several phone calls it has still not been resolved. They simply ignore my emails. They can not update me on the progress made or indicate the expected turn around time to solve the problem.I am billed but I do not have any service. They simply have no customer service.</p> <p> </p>
