Horrific feedback and service

I have had a problem with a lack of wifi for the last three weeks and reported it to Telkom every second day, receiving no response. Horrific service, very disappointed! currently looking at alternative service providers - my daughter's matric is now being compromised as service is primarily for her and her studies.
