Horrific experience with Telkom

<p>Call logged on the 10 of Aug 2016 - ref 123CRZ100816 for no incoming or out going calls on my land line.</p> <p>Followed up on the 19 Aug 2016 - was told that a part needs to be ordered and was given an escalation ***. To date , the call was not resolved and I have spent more money holding on the phone for answers. Nobody from telkom bothers calling back. Telkom services are very poor and they have no way in dealing with clients.</p>
