Horrific experience dealing with Telkom

lodged a complaint with Telkom on the 24th of August 2018 requesting that i be assisted with my paid up letter for an account which I settled in May 2018. Till to date no one is willing to assist and yet I am still blacklisted by this company , even after numerous calls to the call centre all they say they can do is escalate the matter . The experience has been horrible !!!
