Horrific customer service!

Telkom is bar far the worst. The customer service is just something that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I buy 10 gig data on Wednesday morning to receive a SMS Thursday morning to tell me I'm out of data, mind you this data used to last me 2 to 3 weeks before, then 4 days and now, less than 24hours. I have never in my entire usage of their service finished my data, they either tell me, it's expired or if i wanna connect I should buy more. Imagine my frustration when I called to ask them for my usage of that data, they tell me times, and those times I'm being told of, are not detailed. The agent even had the nerve to tell me I must wait for the report, while I do wait, buy more data as she was not even authorises to generate the report. I'm disappointed to say the least by Telkom. Not once have they ever assisted with any of my queries.
