Horrific customer service

I upgraded my package at Telkom Melrose, the sales assistant failed to make me aware that I would not have the option of a multi sim. It has been back and forth for the last 2 weeks and it’s still not resolved. Customer service is non existent in this store, they don’t keep you updated on the status of the query. I am beyond livid, this has been huge waste of my time! Do better!!
