Horrific accounting system

Shocking and pathetic overall communication, especially between the accounts department and collections. For such a big company their system is horrific!!! Each consultant tells you another story. Nothing correlates between the consultants, accounts and collections.

Resulting in duplicate debit orders, after payments were done many days prior. Losing business where Telkom cuts your line, it being their fault and not having their records and payment up to date.

If this matter is not resolved before end of business today, I will close my account and move my business elsewhere!!!
