Horribly slow capped lte speeds, still no response from telkom or my service advisor

<p>I'm trying to write this on telkoms **** lte network. Three bars signal but no speed. My telkom service advisor made an appointment to help me but never pitched.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only lame excuses from telkom staff that I get the impression from that they are clueless about their products.</p> <p>WHY DON'T YOU HELP ME AND FIX THIS PROBLEM TELKOM????????????</p> <p>telkom only give lame apologies on Hello Peter and do nothing about it.</p> <p>DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM TELKOM. THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE BECOMING LEGENDARY FOR THE WORST EVER.</p>
