Horribly slow and unprofesional service

<p>Hey, i did a relocation on my line, it was suposed to be up and running on 1 st november 2016, the technician came once, made an excuse that it was raining and left, till today he has not come back, i have resceduled the apointment many times, but still no technician ever shows up, i have send emails, and phoned the telkom head office, and complaints department many time, but no answer, they are completely ignoring it, nothing has been done, the broken line is still hangin next to the house as it was at 01/11/2016. this service is very unreliable and unprofessional, technicians dont keep to there apointments, customer service completely ignores any comunication from customers, this is the worst service i have ever seen.</p>
