Horrible when it came to try make arrangement on my account after not being able to pay for 1 month Telkom does not have an option to assist or platform to help anyone. except to forcefully debit your account with huge amounts of arreas very disgusting manner towards clients no repsoect or intergrity at all. They don't even loom at your paying history to understand as a client where you cone from with them. Disgusting service
