Horrible Upgrade Experience with Telkom Mobile

Telkoms network services & prices is truly good value for money, but their customer service is horrible. They could not possibly care less about their customers.

I app**** and have been approved for upgrade the 11th of September 2020. The delivery got stopped due to "sim activation issues" and all this happed without any information from Telkom. Since then I had to contact them..... Now apparently their is no stock. I find this very suspicious as my order was sent and returned due to sim activation issues. Why do they know not have stock. They can't give me any update when I will receive my product.
