Horrible treatment by Telkom Mobile

<p>After Telkom Mobile opened a ********** account under my name with unknown people they started demanding payments from me. I went to report this to them. I discovered that when the account was opened Telkom mobile did it without getting all the required documents from the culprits as required. They requested a copy of my ID, proof of residence and a police affidavit from me to open a case with their ***** department. They provided me with a case number and a promise to investigate. This was in writing. Now I just received a letter from their lawyers demanding payment. There is no feedback on their investigation. I wrote to them, now they want me to go to the police again to get an affidavit so that they can open the case with their ***** again. I already did this and I have a case number provided by them.</p>
