Horrible Telkom Services

A month ago Telkom phoned me to offer me a better rate for my fibre. I had Vumatel and they sent me a rooter, which they installed themselves. A Week later I'm still sitting without internet. After a week of constant phonecalls, still no internet. This is the most horrible service I've ever experienced. Because theyve already billed me for both Vumatel and Telkom fibre. If thuis problem continues I want my money back!!
