Horrible Telkom Service from call centre

I am utterly disgusted by the ********** service I keep receiving from the telkom call centre agents. All I need is for them to blacklist my phone but nobody wants to assist me!! Everyone keeps telling me of ways they aren't able to help me as opposed to assisting me with my simple request!!
