Horrible Telkom Service

I have been experiencing really bad service with Telkom. I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Contract as my contract ends on 25 Feb 2025 and I do not want any further billings however it has been a nightmare and have had zero assistance from them. You call their cancellation department and no one answers, you try to do it online it leads back to their call centre which does not get picked up. I am frustrated by Telkom and will never use their services again nor recommend it!! Fix your customer Care Telkom !! If I am billed I will be escalating the matter legally
