HORRIBLE TELKOM SERVICE!!

Telkom has the WORST service! I have a LTE package that has ended and I’m now on month to month. I’ve been calling to upgrade, no answer! You call and hold for hours, then speak to one person, who then hangs up and doesn’t assist. I want to CANCEL this and go to a provider who appreciates clients. DO NOT GO TO TELKOM! Even their TWITTER PAGE doesn’t HELP! TERRIBLE!!
