Horrible telkom mobile

<p>this is a long story that I have repeated about 10 times!!! to cut it short someone needs to phone me today and I need my refund TODAY that I have requested in March already! I have also cancelled the contracts and have request a letter to confirm closing of debt but have not received anything! I have numerous mails to confirm the follow ups with no feedback and last week the guy told me that he has to open a case and that he will sms me the case number. today I phoned again and was told that the case will take 10 days before it gets reviewed-still no case number received!! if I have to hear "with regards to" one more time I might throw up! ! this is completely unacceptable!! I don't understand why I have to wait for my refund when it was requested in March. PHONE ME TODAY!!</p>
