HORRIBLE TELKOM LTE SPEEDS

Poor LTE network speeds. Myself and my partner are both on Telkom mobile. I have Telkom cell contract with a LTE capable cell. We both have separate LTE Data contracts with LTE routers. Telkom sold her the contract saying that she is in an area where coverage is available. When ever i am in this area, our calls drop nonstop. We have no internet access when we need it. The coverage map shows that Buccleuch has coverage but when a speed test is done we are getting 3mb at best download and sometimes 2mb upload. HOW IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED!!!!! i wish i could upload images to this so people could see for themselves. So, on that note, i have a an MTN ZTE work ****le and get up to 60MB download and over 20MB upload all the time. Telkom need to wake up and do signal tests to prevent people from signing up and suffering after. @telkom, send someone to the following location and take a signal reading : 26°03'26.5"S 28°05'51.9"E
