Horrible Telkom!!

Telkom is messing up my credit score. Last year Jan 2024 I lost my phone and telkom replaced with a new one. After the claim, I've never used their services and now they telling me that I owe them over R2200.

They have referred the case to their lawyers and already provided proof to 2 of them. Now there is another firm that keeps calling me.

Telkom needs to clear themselves on my ITC.
