Horrible Telkom Customer Service

We have been trying for a month to cancel our Telkom account. The call service is shocking where everyone refers you to someone else, but no one knows how to cancel or how to work out the cancellation fees. We have then tried to use the online service, but still haven’t heard from a representative. We are still paying for their services even though we have repeatedly tried to cancel.
