Horrible Telkom Customer Service

Frustration with Telkom's service and the mobile pocket routers they sell via telemarketing. First they lie and say the package will arrive within 3 days but only arrives after 2 weeks. Then the router comes with no instruction to set up only when you call the call centre they tell you , you should wait for 24hr to 72hrs for an automatic activation but the activation never happens. When you call the call centre you are sent between sales department and mobile department by consultants who seem not sure of they services. It's been over 72 hours with a router that's not active as they promise they will call back but they deduct the initial fee immediately.
