Horrible Telkom customer care service

Can anyone please assist me with Telkom customer care number or service. It is a mission to get their customer care numbers and getting to speak with an agent to assist with my account. I've tried their self service website but it is absolute trash and not user friendly. Why must we run around in circles trying to get assistance from Telkom???
