HORRIBLE TELKOM

My decision to take out a contract in 2018 of March was horrible , i was advised i could never go wrong with Telkom , however their lack of assistance has left me no choice but to let others know. I ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE TELKOM ,THEY WILL HIKE YOUR PRICES WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION. and their webchat personnel is a disgrace i was assisted by a Dineo Nkabinde who was condescending no customer service whats so ever. she left the chat without me even knowing we were done, sent me a bill that i still don't understand.
