HORRIBLE TELKOM

POOR POOR POOR!!!!!!!! With my biggest regret our Company is with Telkom. We are having so much issues and POOR service. Reported a line after a great struggle the tech came out, fixed the line after complaining we reported the wrong line (as if we should have known which one was faulty). She left, leaving us with a switch board that has NO line that works. Cant make calls, cant receive calls. Losing business and lots of money. Then after re opening the fault and following up 5 times, the tech phones giving us disgusting attitude and telling us we reported the wrong line again but she was not here yet. NO LINE IS WORKING how could we have reported the wrong line.

This is Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooo disgusted!!
