Horrible Technical Service

Thanks to Telkom’s horrible technical support, my business has been unable to operate for 8 weeks over the past 10 months. Friday 8 April, my Wi-Fi went down, this morning 14 April, I’m being told that a new fault is being logged. OMG Telkom, I cannot wait for June to come when our contract comes to an end. Never again!

Do yourselves a favour, avoid Telkom services if you live on the outskirts of JHB. You will receive the worst service and be offered to “migrate” to a different service with them. Surprisingly, when migrating, you need to begin a new 24 month contract.
