Horrible signal and poor customer service

The service has been extremely poor. The first two months we had your LTE UNCAPPED ROUTER the signal has been great no complaints nothing. We have had it for six months now and the past four months has been an utter disappointment. Streaming speed has been so slow it would take us 3 hours to stream a 1 hour episode. We call and have to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to answer then we still have to go into the store to settle an over charged account - twice. Unacceptable. You guys are seriously making me reconsider my WIFI account with you guys.
