Horrible sicken service from Mall of South team leaf

Horrible Telkom store in Mall of South on 27 July 2023, around 15h45. From entering the dead store, the apparent team lead Ed or Eddy does not acknowledge me as the only customer waiting to be assisted in store. When I finally can "assistance" he is already off and in a foul mood. I tell I'm here to query why Telkom has not updated my new banking as per the mandate request sent by my new bank. He interject say Telkom does not do that, as a client I'm supposed to come to a store and update. I asked him what would be neede, he still responds with an attitude proof of bank. As I'm about to search for it on my phone, I ask him why did my bank send me an sms stating Telkom has updated my new banking details and will debit me from 31.05.2023, he snaps and says he does not know why they do that but he is telling me I'm supposed to do it instore, he then calls the girl next to him verify what he is saying, she abruptly agrees with him. Horrible Horrible interaction from those 2. Telkom needs to either close down or do a serious session on making their staff happy
