HORRIBLE should not be a representative of Telkom.

I went to Clearwater Telkom store at a 18:50, find out how do I purchase Telkom and actually to try buy Telkom data. The doors were already closed at 18:50, the staff were standing there with their phones while other were packing. Store is advertised at closing at 19:00 Two ladies were facing the window, I knocked and one walked away, the other looked at me didn't approach the door.. When i had to speak through the window, obviously she couldn't hear me. Eventually, she came to the door, I asked her why did she expected to hear me through the window, she rwsponded "Are u gonna ask your question or complain? I said shouldn't u be apologizing for treating a customer like this? Again she responded" Do I owe you one?" I found this very offensive to say the least. All I wanted to do is ask how do I buy sim data as I recently bought a data sim. And I was also denied to buy the data sim. So, not only were they rude to me, they denied Telkom money in the till. The worse thing is I did a sim swap in the same store few months ago, I got great service from Tebogo. I don't know where u got this woman(not deserving of being called a lady). Terrible experience
