HORRIBLE SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered a phone online and the consultant place a wrong for me , I followed up for confirmation only to find out the wrong phone is ordered asked them to cancel , The phone that is incorrect is out for delivery and all this time I was the one following up non of the consultants are coming back to me as Iam the one who calls telkom now I just found out from one of their consultants that the phone I ordered is no longer is stock , I have to still wait for them to get the phone they ordered in order for me to re order , Terrible service as their error is delaying me.
