Horrible servise

I've had a bad experience with this service provider since Tuesday, I'm not getting any help when I call to block the phone and get the reference so I may claim a phone. I use Telkom and MTN on the phone, which has two sim cards, and I'm informed they can't block the phone.

I'm not understanding why I have to call the other service provider to block the phone that am still paying and was purchased from Telkom

It is obvious that your consultants are not doing their job effectively and are useless as they have no knowledge of their process.
