<p>hi. this is bad services ive been on hold for more than 15 min holsing on for a supervisor or floor manager.... as per this RUDE guy i spoke with Willian Kashane not sure if its his real name or not as he didnt know the supeervisors surname nor who the floor manager is. the time of the call was 13:27 with no resolution please findd the call and listen and how your servcie agents treats us as paying customers. </p>
