Horrible Service....again from Telkom

So when you order ADSL the service they warn you that it may take up to 30 days (in extreme cases) to have your ADSL installed. Well it is now almost 50 days and still no luck. And this is a house that already has a line installed and the previous owners had ADSL. When you try to follow up on the 10310 number you either get the "All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later" message or when you do get through to an operator after holding for 10 minutes you get the "Our system is slow / down" please call again in an hour or so. The last excuse I got was that it would definitely happen in that week. This was two weeks ago. Your service is pathetic and unacceptable.
