Horrible service, worse support

Terrible ISP, impossible to get into contact with tech support for my horrible packet loss that I experience 16 hours of the day. When trying to log a ticket it says, "Unfortunately unable to help at this time please call the support number", the same number that I am unable to get help from. Could not recommend them less.
