Horrible service - waste of time and money!

Warning to everyone: Avoid Telkom at all costs! I've been struggling with them for FIVE MONTHS, and it's been a nightmare. Despite my debit order being on the 20th of each month, they consistently block my lines or switch off my contract mid-month, leaving me without service. I've had to waste time and fuel driving to branches multiple times, only to be told the issue will be fixed (but never is).

Their customer service is a joke - automated messages on repeat, no live agents to talk to. It's like they don't care about fixing problems. In today's world, being without a phone is not just inconvenient, it's a safety risk.

I've recommended Telkom to people in the past, but NO MORE. I'll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this company. Don't waste your time and money like I did. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Telkom? Share your stories!
