Horrible service triple Billed

Tsholofelo Modibedi , she was extremly rude to me @telkom store said she cant give me a copy of my contract as i took the contract out last August and i was double billed becaude the 25th of DEcember was on a public holiday ( take into account that i have advised my attorneys on this matter i was there on th 28 December 2017. Horrible service
