HORRIBLE SERVICE - Telkom Encourages *****!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have been a victim of ***** on my telkom account, I called in and asked that my account be cancelled immediately because NOBODY could explain the charges to my account, after I informed them that I did not request an increase on my bundle usage.

This month - I received a BILL again with the MASSIVE amount, this has to STOP!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please get in touch with me urgently! I am a very disappointed customer.
