Horrible service - Telkom 😡

I ordered a phone on the 14th of April as part of my upgrade, I told the sales consultant that I have relocated and provided her with the address for delivery purposes, 1 week later I'm being told by the courier company that they are at my previous address, the phone was returned to courier it, i phoned telkom to find out what should happen now, they then said I should provide with my new address again - gave out my address about 4 to5 consultants who claimed to be updating and escalating my query, while on the other hand courier it saying I should cancel the order because I will not get the phone. It's been 3 weeks now waiting for something that was supposed to be delivered 3-5 working days. Finally today I cancelled the order since I feel like I'm being taken for a fool. Word of advice to Telkom consultants, don't give a service that you will not tolerate when given to you, focus on what matters to your customers not your personal gains, remember also that you earn your salary because of customers, imagine if Telkom was to lose all its' clients what would happen to you as an employee? Customer is king, value your customers at all times and stop claiming that we are valued when you are giving a horrible service to us!!
