Horrible service Telkom

HUGE problem with Telkom. Has an ADSL line with them and it's been faulty for 4 days now. No internet access. We're with Mweb and they've logged a query with Telkom. 4 days later and Telkom told Mweb we'll have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to log the complaint and then only send a technician out.

Telkom's service is beyond pathetic. Paying for a service we're not getting.
