Horrible service telkom

If I could I'd give them not even a 1 review. Really good from a great service provider to the most challenging/horrible service provider. Last year I upgraded tell the lady which helped me I still need the same data deal and after assuring me it wouldn't change its changed and then top it off my debit date gets moved and everytime since then been in store and in call centre and noone can help me and expecting me as the paying customer to be calm and collective about the horrible serivce I'm getting. Even to get my insurance papers for the laptop I have I'm still waiting for my email so if my laptop breaks then I cam say bye bye because have no papers to go with to get it repaired nothing. To put it even better they want to tell you that if you want to cancel service you'll have yo pay for that but you paying everything month but sitting with no network as it's also inactive. So many issue with them now don't even know where to start and end anymore so unhappy Please don't ever go to menlyn telkom or even bother with telkom they aren't customer friendly anymore.
