HORRIBLE SERVICE TELKOM

Service line down for 8 days. No feedback. Called Telkom 9 times. Waiting period per call 10-25 minutes without anyone answering the phone. Used more than R300 mobile airtime and still no service, no reply. This happens every month. Never credit my account .
